The Assistant Home Manager is responsible for individual plan development and implementation of services in assigned homes. Is a member of the leadership team, responsible for maintaining active treatment delivered in the Solon, Ohio Group Home. Provides assistant service coordination for an assigned caseload of residents. Supervises the immediate operation of the home. The assistant home manager is responsible to insure that the requirements of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities & Ohio Department of Health/Medicaid are met and maintained at all times.

This is a full time 2nd shift 2pm-10pm/3pm-11pm  Days scheduled to work vary based on the needs of the home. Must have one year experience in developmental disabilities field. Must meet driving requirements.
