Under the direction of members of the Human Resources Team, the Human Resources (HR) Intern will be working on various projects from assisting with personnel file maintenance and file audits, perform annual registry check, maintaining applicant and employee tracking database, and learning about the essential functions of the Human Resources Department, state and federal employment rules and laws and the facility's policies.

The HR Intern will also provide support to the Human Resources Department with its talent sourcing efforts. Focusing on both clinical and non-clinical openings, the intern will review applicants for designated job requisitions in our applicant tracking system and forward qualified applicants to respective Human Resources team member for further consideration and potential phone interviews. The HR Intern may complete screening interviews on behalf of the recruiters. The HR Intern will complete significant phone work in referencing candidates and performing follow up phone calls. The HR Intern will complete required screening checks on candidates. The HR Intern will also complete special projects for the Vice President of Human Resources as needed.
