The caseload assistant is the key role to keeping the Community Employment caseload operating at a healthy financial capacity.  Provides clerical and financial support to the community employment program and coordinates appointments and general office functions.This person is the sole billing agent for OOD services and works with Accounting and Finance to track and bill services through the waiver.  The caseload assistant reviews all invoices for accuracy and is held accountable for billing denials and payments.  This role maintains the caseload spreadsheets tracking information on authorizations, service deliveries, staff scheduling, satisfaction surveys and demographics. When an issue occurs with an authorization, they initiate conversations internally and with funders to get the issue resolved so the caseload may bill services. Ensures all necessary documentation for assessment participants is sent to staffing agency. Maintains a positive relationship with all referral sources. Conducts on-boarding documentation training to new community employment team members.

High school diploma or GED; billing/ accounting office training desirable.
One year experience in working with people with disabilities, preferably in the area of vocational program implementation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in OOD and/or Waiver billing systems.
