The Assistant Home Manager is responsible for individual plan development and implementation of services in assigned homes. Is a member of the leadership team, responsible for maintaining active treatment delivered in the Oakwood, Ohio Group Home. Provides assistant service coordination for an assigned caseload of residents. Supervises the immediate operation of the home. The assistant home manager supervises in the absence of other management staff and is responsible for maintaining active treatment delivered in the group home. This position also provides support, guidance and supervision to direct care staff in the provision of basic care and assigned habilitation programs, conducts training, coaching and corrective action as necessitation for the Direct Support Professionals assigned to the group home. The assistant home manager is responsible to insure that the requirements of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities & Ohio Department of Health/Medicaid are met and maintained at all times.

This is a full-time position. Days scheduled to work are mostly on 2nd shift but vary based on the needs of the home. Must have one year experience in developmental disabilities field. Must meet driving requirements.
